Biar lemak itu pergi

It hits me! When i went to the shop to buy some new clothes, i can't pick up any clothes that i want anymore! Know why? They can't fit me..*ehem* i can't fit in actually.
Pap*palm on forehead* oh my.. this is sooo not happening to me.. no no no.. *malu*bawak diri pergi perlahan-lahan*

Pernah jadi kat korang semua x? X kira la baru jadi recently ke, 2-3 tahun punya recently ke *peristiwa yg xkan dilupakan so terngiang-ngiang tiba-tiba guna recently jugak* .. sobs sobs

Masa akak gebus keluar jalan-jalan ngan ibu tercenta..kami pon pegi lah window shopping untuk tengok baju-baju yang ade di pasaran tu haa buat pengisi almari di rumah.. *konon window shopping window pon tarak* 

Alangkah malu nya empunya diri bila semua baju yang berkenan tidak ada saiz atau lebih tepat lagi badan akak gebus telah melebihi had kegebuan yang dibenarkan sampai baju yang sepatutnya muat dulu tidak lagi muat sekarang. *sadis

Oleh itu, marilah Malaysia! *tiba-tiba semangat* Marilah kita sama-sama menjaga kegebuan eh kesihatan diri bersama-sama. Kejarlah 5 perkara sebelum 5 perkara. Salah satunya sihat sebelum sakit.
Gebu atau gemuk atau lemak berkeliaran di dalam badan *sorry bunyi kasar tapi ini hakikat* adalah satu gejala yang harus ditakuti oh bukan ditangani oleh kita semua.

Macam mana nak tangani? Jom ikut akak gebus buat aktiviti aerobik setiap petang. It is seriously really exciting and easy! Know what you need for a blissful evening for aerobic?

1) Space or room.

You just need a space or room or in my case i just use my own bedroom. Tak besar and tak kecik. *Pintu kunci. Sorang-sorang. Happy* Sedang molek kata orang. Ruang tamu boleh. Halaman rumah boleh *ajak jiran join

2) Pakaian sesuai.

Kalau anda suka pakai baju kelawar time duk rumah silalah tukar pakai pakaian yang bersesuain sikit. Bukan menidakkan hak pemakaian baju kelawar yang super flowy tapi takut tak sempat aerobik baju sudah terkoyak sana-sini.
I just wear my t-shirt and tracksuit. If you're doing it outside, wear a suitable sport shoes.

3) Video aerobic.

I use Joanna Hall aerobic videos. You can download it at Youtube. Google saje Joanna Hall 5 minutes cardio workout. Joanna Hall drop a size pon boley tapi tu lebih kepada slow-mo workout.

4) Superb speaker.

Kenapa kena ada speaker yang hebat? Sebab nak pasang lagu-lagu yang boleh merancakkan langkah aerobik saya dan anda.

5) Workout songs.

Ya,saya harus ada lagu-lagu ini untuk menjadi peneman dan tidaklah saya terkinja-kinja seorang diri tanpa ada muzik bersama. Tambahan pula *waaahh* lagu-lagu ini ada beats yang boleh tolong steps saya dan anda lebih teratur dan 'in'.

Blog motivasi

InsyaAllah diharap perjuangan diri ingin menukarkan blog ini menjadi blog motivasi kepada pembaca-pembaca diberi pertolongan dan petunjuk oleh-Nya. Silakan ajak rakan-rakan anda semua untuk sama-sama membaca blog ini.

Gain more than you can bargain


Sometimes.. i feel so stressed out. Looking at other people's life that for me is much cooler and yeah..cooler than mine. I always observed what other people have that i don't have. I always want for more. Crave for more.

And i do sometimes realize that i am giving too much of my attention of what other people have, what other people think, what other people don't think until i get to the point that i looked down to myself.

And i don't think that is good. That is hardly nearer to any good for my mind and soul. 

Have you ever looked at someone that is much more successful, much more handsomely groomed or beautifully dressed and he or she seems like they have everything they wanted or worse, everything you wanted. In your whole life. Have you ever feel that way? That you are not getting what you want and you deserve more than what u have today?

If your answer is yes, then welcome aboard! I have that feeling. And i hate it.

Ever heard of this saying that goes some sort like "Gain more than you can bargain"?
You may not have all the thing that you wanted, but He knows what you needed. and that's what you get in your life.

Let say, i was given the wealth, the beauty, the limelight that i crave for, would i still be same me as i am now? Of course i would be different! With all the money and the things that i can have, and the showering of glam and everything, and i would be further and further and further away from what i used to be, what i hold dear, my humble self and Allah.

I am scared. If i was given all that i asked for, would i still be the same person that i used to be? if i can be better, then Alhamdulillah. but if i turn into a selfish brat who becomes cocky and arrogant, what will happen to me hereafter? 

So, listen brothers and sisters, let's be grateful with what we have today. It doesn't mean we don't have to work our sweat to make our ends meet, but we work our sweat to make our life and our beloved ones better. Better is not having what you asked for but having what you needed the most.
